My products are handcrafted and not mass produced, slight variations from the product photographs is not considered a flaw and therefore is not a reason for refund or exchange.
Returns will only be done for defective or incorrect item(s). You can return the defective or incorrect item(s) with its security tag intact (if there is any tag) and small bag. And make sure the item(s) are unworn, undamaged unaltered and purchased directly from me within 7 days.
I apologize if I had sent you a defective item or incorrect item. Please drop an email within 48 hours upon receiving your item to me at email@example.com with a snapshot of the defective area/s and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
I do not provide size exchanges. I can not provide returns for earrings due to hygiene purposes. I do not provide cash refunds for returns, only credits and exchanges. All sale items are final. All sale items are non-changeable and non-refundable.
