Yes, we accept all currencies. Here is a list of banks/services/currencies that we use.

The payment providers are all reputable organizations complying with latest rules and regulations set nationally and internationally.

For clients who choose to pay with credit card, we would like to confirm no credit card details will be ever collected by our website. By lay this is not allowed. When you pay with your credit card, you will be redirected to the payment gateway which communicated securely with your bank directly,  and your bank (via direct communication with you) authorizes the payment.

For clients who don't have or credit card or prefer other ways of payment, we happily accept online banking (all major banks inside Indonesia, ANZ for New Zealand and Australia and DBS for Singapore). 

If you happen to use GoJek app, GoPay is another convenient option.

All orders will be processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note : Sundays and public holidays do not count as business days. 

Inside Indonesia :
JNE Reguler Service which takes 2-3 business days (depends on your location, it might take longer).

Overseas :
Indonesian Post Shipping which takes 7-21 days. PAGi hopes that you that you are patient to wait until your item(s) arrive.

Upon you order processed, you will get a notification with your tracking number, which you can enter in the SHIPPING WEBSITE (i.e. JNE) to track your item at any time.

To prevent any unpleasant experience, please double check your address, post code and contact details (mobile, email, etc.).

You understand that there is a possibility that you might have to pay the tax and custom fees. PAGi will not responsible for this. All are subject to regulation in your country. 

Before sending the parcels, PAGi always double check to see if your order includes the address. PAGi never sends the broken or defective jewelry to you. In case the wrong item was posted, please inform PAGi via email or WhatsApp along with your descriptions. It's better if you can also attach photos of the wrong item. Also, if you found a damaged jewelry item in your parcel, please contact PAGi. We suggest to contact us as soon as possible when you get your jewelry. 

Ps : We will not process if it is more than 7 days since you receive the jewelry.

Right now, PAGi does not provide size exchanges. Please make sure you measure your size correctly. Instead we offer you to resize it with extra fee. Shipping fee will be on you if you decide to resize it. Kindly contact us regarding about this. 

All discounted items are final and can not be returned, neither they can be exchanged, nor refunded.

We use 925 Sterling Silver and Gold. Gold starting from 14 Carat, 18 Carat and 22 Carat. However, if you want a certain amount of Carat for example 9 Carat, we provide that as well.

For plating, PAGi uses 24 Carat gold plated, 24 Carat rose gold plated, rhodium plated and silver plated. All products are made in Bali, Indonesia. 

PAGi accepts custom order upon a request. The price may vary from one design to another design and it is subject to quantity and the availability of stones (if it is required).

Yes for sure. Using your own stone is totally fine. Please note, you are responsible for insuring of the stone delivery to PAGi.

As sterling silver jewelry is naturally prone  to oxidization, it will tarnish over time. It is also natural for sterling silver to leave non-permanent marks on the skin after hours of wearing. 

There are some ways to keep your jewelry shiny :

A. After wearing, please ensure your jewelry is stored in a safe place to help preserve the sparkle and extend durability. Keep your jewelry dry at all times, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Prevent the item from detergents, cleaning products, chlorine, body lotions, hairspray and perfume

B. To clean your jewelry, gently wipe with a silver cloth that PAGi has provided. If you feel you need extra silver cloth you can purchase from here.

C. You can also clean them with tooth paste and warm water. Put some tooth paste on your jewelries and gently brush with a soft brush (i.e. a tooth brush). After that, wash them with warm water until it is clean. Dry them with soft fabric or cloth.

D. Using baking soda is another way. Take 2 - 3 spoon of baking soda and mix with water until it becomes like paste. Put the paste on your jewelries and rub or brush them with soft tooth brush or sponge. Then clean them with warm water, dry them. Your jewelries is ready to be worn again.
